These terms apply to all bookings made with Serene & Strong Ltd, whether through our website, Bookwhen, or directly by email. By booking a class, course, or event with us, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received, whether through Bookwhen or another agreed method. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
We want to keep bookings flexible. You can transfer your booking to another person at any time — just let us know at hello@sereneandstrong.co.uk and we'll update your booking. This helps ensure our classes stay full and means you don't lose the value of your booking if your plans change.
General notes: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class at short notice (e.g. instructor illness, venue unavailability, weather). This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected by anything above.
Please arrive in good time for your session. Late arrival may mean missing part of the warm-up, which can affect your safety and enjoyment of the class — your instructor may ask you to sit out part of a session if you arrive significantly late.
We want every session to be a positive experience for everyone attending. We reserve the right to refuse admission, or to ask someone to leave, if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others. If you are asked to leave a session due to your conduct, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for that session.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law. For information specific to the physical risks of attending a class, please see our Health & Activity Disclosure.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
